Optima Labs ("Developer") handles information in SakuPic ("App") as described below.
1. Photos and videos
Photo library access is used only to display, compare, organize, delete, and share photos and videos on your device. The App does not send your media to Developer servers, and the Developer cannot view it.
2. Information stored on device
The App stores deletion counts and freed storage, free allowance usage, organizer settings, and identifiers for media marked as kept. You can reset these records from Settings in the App.
3. Deletion
Deletion occurs only after iOS confirmation. Deleted media moves to Recently Deleted in Apple Photos. Retention and permanent deletion follow iOS behavior and your choices.
4. Sharing
The App uses the standard iOS share sheet. After you select a destination, that service's privacy policy applies.
5. In-App Purchase
Purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment information; the Developer does not receive credit card or other payment details.
6. Collection, advertising, and tracking
The App contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or tracking technology. The Developer does not collect photos, videos, settings, or usage records processed only on device.
7. Support requests
If you voluntarily contact support by email, your email address and message are used only to respond. They are not used for advertising or analytics and are not retained longer than needed for support and legal obligations.
8. Permissions and choices
You can change photo library access in iPhone Settings. You can reset organizer history and reviewed-item records from Settings & Information in the App.
9. Children's privacy
The App does not automatically collect personal information and applies the same data-minimization approach regardless of age.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when laws or App functionality change. Material updates will be announced on this page or in the App.
