In the App, open Home → top-right menu → Contact Support. The App version is added to the email automatically.
Photos do not appear
Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → SakuPic, then allow Full Access or access to the photos you want to organize. iCloud media may take longer to appear depending on your network.
Restore a deleted photo
Open Apple Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted and restore the item. Follow the retention period displayed by iOS.
Restore Unlimited Access
Open SakuPic → Settings & Information → Unlimited Access, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Free organizing allowance
You can organize 300 items initially, then 100 items per day for free. Unlimited Access is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
